What size of load can I expect?
A: The average load of top soil is 16 yards.
Aggregates come in many different sizes and are
loaded by tonnage. Tonnage tickets are available
so you can see the exact weight of your order.
How much product will I need?
A: Every product spreads differently 1 ton of sand
looks like just a few 5 gallon buckets when it is
dumped on the ground while one ton of dirt looks
like a small mountain if you are facing it with a
wheel barrel and shovel.
When in doubt please ask for an estimate either by
us, your landscaper or other trusted individual .
Will your equipment fit in my yard ?
A: Our equipment raises a to maximum of 20 feet
up in the air at the highest point. An 8 foot gate or
opening is the minimum our truck can fit through.
Low limbs, power lines, decks and other objects
you may have never noticed before can be a
hazard. We always do our best to deliver product in
the spot that our customer wants it, however we
ask that you have a secondary location in your
yard . When in doubt please call with the
measurements of your gate and the area you want
the product delivered. We will be happy to assist
you .
Is weather a factor in when I will receive my
delivery?
A: In most cases yes ! If the top soil is wet or the
job site where we need to deliver it is too soft due
to rain we will have to reschedule the delivery. This
is in the best interest of the property owner, The
quality of product and our equipment !
Aggregates such as gravel can often times be
delivered regardless of the weather if the job site is
not soft from saturation

Your driver delivered the soil for my garden in my
secondary location but did not move it to the back
when he was finished.
A: Please understand that when we deliver a load
of product our drivers are not responsible for
moving it to garden sites, flower beds, etc... Other
customers are also waiting for their orders. If
arranged ahead of time we will be happy to have
our skid steer service meet the truck to move the
product for an extra fee. If a skid steer is not
appropriate we may be able to recommend an
independent contractor or day laborer.
** Please note payment arrangements between
independent laborers and customer are made
independently of BCR Earth Movers and are at the
sole discretion of the customer and secondary
